Here there are steps leading down to the BBQ area, which has a gas BBQ with table and chairs.
Going in the front door of the house you are greeted by a large bright and airy living area. The lounge area has a lovely feature open fire surrounded by a huge comfortable sofa and coffee table. There are patio doors leading on to the terrace, with table and chairs, overlooking the view. The lounge also has satellite TV with free view english Sky, as well as Swedish and German channels. To the rear of the room is the dining table and chairs. There is also air-conditioning fitted in here, with a coinbox meter. You get 4 hours of cold air or 6 hours of heat for only 1 Euro.
In the fully fitted open plan kitchen there is a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven and microwave. Also on the ground floor is a good sized bathroom containing a shower, W.C, and hand basin, and a twin bedroom, this bedroom has patio doors leading out to the swimming pool area. From the stairs you can either go up or down. Going down leads to a large unused space, which would be ideal for taking extra beds if needed. Obviously in order to get such a fantastic view this house is on a hill. It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk to Nerja and 7 minutes to walk to the beach. A car is therefore not essential but recommended.
