If you want plenty of space, this is the villa for you. Situated about 1 mile out of Nerja town centre this fabulous detached four bedroom villa is idea for two families, the larger family or indeed anybody who fancies a bit of luxury!
The villa is in an elevated position surrounded by a white wall, making it completely private. When you enter the property through the locking metal gate, you will see the large lawned garden, the beautiful pergola which is adorned with Jasmine and more lawn leading to the private swimming pool and large patio area. Next to this is a beautifully landscaped area full of Mediterranean plants, flowers and fruit trees. The majestic sweeping staircase takes you to the front door, through the hallway into a large vestibule from which the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated.
On one side of the hallway is a good size fitted kitchen with dishwasher, range style cooker with oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, extensive cupboards and work tops. This is open plan with a breakfast area incorporated for informal eating. From here is a separate dining room with a large dining table and chairs and some exquisite antique furniture. The window overlooks the pool and patio, and one of the patio doors overlooks the garden, the other the 'indoor' terrace. From the kitchen there is door leading to this large terrace which is glazed in with sliding double glazed full length windows. There are vertical blinds which allow light to filter in, but not the sun. These, of course, can be left open if desired. On this terrace there is a huge patio table, many chairs and recliners and also a three piece wicker suite for maximum comfort. In one corner there is a water feature and plants, and in another there is a large built in BBQ. A refrigerator with freezer compartment completes the 'spoil yourself' factor!
On the other side of the hallway is a good size lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating, a feature fire place and a T.V. which receives Sky digital, including all of the English channels (BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and ITV 2). There is an air conditioning unit in this room.
Walk through the very light atrium, which also has an overhead gallery running along two sides, to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a double bed in the first bedroom and an ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, w.c. and wash hand basin.The fitted wardrobes have mirrored doors and there are bedside tables and lamps. This room has a mobile air cooling unit. The full length French window leads onto the covered terrace. In the next bedroom there is a huge super king size bed, pine wardrobes and dressing table, bedside tables and lamps as well as an ensuite bathroom, which is of very good size being fully tiled with bath, huge shower cubicle, wash hand basin, bidet and w.c. This room has two windows, one of them being a full length French window leading onto the covered terrace. There is also an air conditioning unit in this room. Bedroom three has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp and an air conditioning unit. Bedroom four has a two single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside table and lamp and an ensuite bathroom with a hand wash basin fitted in a vanity unit, bath with shower over, bidet and w.c. This bedroom also has an air conditioing unit. The family bathroom is fully tiled, having a hand wash basin, bath with shower over, bidet and w.c. There is also a small guest toilet in the atrium. Extra beds can be supplied upon request.
If you are a true sun worshipper, the only place to be is on the roof terrace. Go up the flight of stairs from the atrium and you will be dazzled by the brightness and the heat. There is plenty of room for sun loungers and the views are 360 degrees.
Outside the pool area offers sun and shade. There are tables and chairs and sun umbrellas, and also plenty of sun loungers for your relaxation. The pool is kidney shape, approx 9 x 5 mtrs and has stainless steel steps going into it. There is plenty of terraced area and a good size lawn. The high wall keeps it completely private.
A £200 breakages deposit is also payable on this villa, and will be fully refunded after your holiday provided there are no damages.
