New luxury air conditioned villa in 6800sqm of land just outside the famous mountain village of Frigiliana, nestling in the pine trees of the National Park. Once you arrive in the parking area, take the 5 steps up to the porch. This brings you in to a vestibule, where straight in front of you is another hallway leading to the master bedroom with air conditioning, TV, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading out on to the terrace with a pergola over the doors and also an ensuite bathroom with bath, heated towel rack and shower cubical. Once again out into the vestibule and there is a gated staircase in the tower leading down to the 2 double bedrooms, the first being a twin room with an ensuite shower room, and the second being a very large twin room with a sofa and an ensuite bathroom as well as its own small balcony. Down here there is also a kitchenette with a fridge and washing machine.
Going back upstairs the patio doors from the lounge open onto a covered terrace with ceiling fans and a large teak table with seating for 10 people. Leading on there is an open terrace with a gas BBQ and steps down to the large private swimming pool (approx. 10 x 5 meters) and garden area. It has stunning views looking down the green valley over Frigiliana to Nerja and the sea.
In summary, it gives peace and quiet with panoramic views, yet within easy driving distance of beaches, shops, restaurants etc.
