Villa Naranja is a delightful four bedroom villa just off the Frigiliana Road situated in its own grounds.
Upon entering the gated driveway the front door is on your left with a slope leading to the back of the house ahead of you.

Going back through the dining room there is long hallway off which is the family bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and bidet. A double room and 2 twin rooms. The double and one twin room has fitted wardrobes with shelving, along with bedside tables and lamps. The 2nd twin has a small freestanding wardrobe with shelves and a bedside table and lamp.
At the end of the hall way is the very large master bedroom with ensuite. This bedroom has 2 large wardrobes and chests of drawers and also it's own sofa, coffee table and open fire. This room is also air - conditioned, this run by a coin box giving you 3 hours of cool air for 1€. The newly fitted ensuite contains a bath and shower over, toilet and bidet.
Going out of the backdoor to the large main terrace there are steps leading to the good sized private pool (approx 5m x 10m). The pool is raised above the ground slightly (about 2 ft at it's lowest point), so small children can not accidentally fall in to it. The path follows around both sides of the pool and goes to a large terraced area. Following that round is another covered area with a large built in BBQ. At the back of this is the slope leading to the house and a very large car parking area, ideal for parking cars or for playing football.
This is a lovely house and ideal for one very large family or 2 small families wishing to have a good value holiday in a lovely villa with fabulous views.
A £200 breakages deposit is also payable on this villa, and will be fully refunded after your holiday provided there are no damages.
