The living room is very spacious and tastefully furnished with two beautiful sofas. There is full gas central heating throughout to keep you warm in cooler months. A large flat screen L.C.D. T.V. receiving many English channels via cable, together with tasteful decoration adds to the charm of this beautiful room. In this room there is an air conditioning unit. Two fold up bed chairs for extra guests complete the picture!There is a feature low wall with balustrades which separates the dining area containing a good size dining table and dining chairs. From here there is a double French door to a patio with patio furniture and overlooking the lower patio. Take the marble stairs down to the very pleasant well cared for garden and patio area having flowers, shrubs and a pleasant water feature. There is also a B.B.Q. and sun loungers.
At the other side of the lounge there is a guest w.c with wash hand basin, next to the stairs which lead upto the bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds, fitted robes, drawers and an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c.
The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and another air conditioning unit. There is an en-suite bathroom complete with bath and shower over, shower screen, bidet, wash hand basin with vanity unit and w.c. The patio from this room has chairs and it overlooks the lower patio towards Nerja and the sea.
Capistrano Village is a beautifully kept holiday village with walks and pathways both around and through out. There are three outdoor pools, (open in winter months), two bars and a restaurant, a laundrette and a mini market. The gardens are very well looked after and offer a profusion of colour at every turn.
